The LandLoop Group is a boutique real estate investment company that purchases vacant land directly from property owners. We are based in Louisiana, but we are actively acquiring land across the entire United States. We are committed to helping property owners sell their properties quickly and efficiently, usually within a matter of days or weeks.

We are an off-market direct buyer, which means we make cash offers and purchase land directly from property owners without the need for a realtor which can save the seller thousands of dollars in commissions. We also close all of our acquisitions with cash, which means there are no financing delays or lenders to deal with. Fast, easy, and fair... that is our goal!
